崗位職責(zé)：
EHS 
?	Ensure all environmental, health and safety rules and guidelines are being adhered to and maintain high safety standards and a safe working environment in daily operation.
?	As company first aider, perform the job responsibilities and requirements specified in the company\'s EHS procedures.

Testing, equipment & Calibration 
?	Ensure EPC QC equipment stability & able to produce precise & accurate (reliable) analytical result within reasonable shortest time
?	Control and monitor all the EPC test-related activities for raw material, in process and product final inspection to ensure that the raw materials / Finished goods meet specification before use or release
?	EPC QC test method improvement and work instruction updated, to achieve more stable test result and higher analysis efficiency
?	Establishing yearly/Quarter/Monthly round robin test plan of EPC lab.
?	Establishing periodical sampling plan and follow up sampling, delivery and testing progress.
?	Technical support on EPC testing & relative parts.
?	Summarize the test item & equipment list for EPC lab.

Personnel Training & Management
?	Support superior to prepare technological training and methodology to lab personnel.
?	Assisting superior on QA&QC documents yearly review.
?	Support to establishing & Maintaining QA&QC manual.
?	Support related audit from third part. 

Test method & New projects
?	Participate in EPC trial products for new product development / improvement / transfer.
?	Analyze the EPC quality data and report of any nonconformity or finding, collaboration with Production/ Technical Service/ Quality Management to resolve quality issue and follow up on the preventive & corrective measurement. Escalate the issue as required.
?	Establishing new test methods or new projects in EPC QC lab.
?	Method validation when new test method establishes.
?	Build quality control procedures of laboratory activities and maintain the documentation system.
?	Study and upgrade the test method and equipment automation/digitalization.
?	Support to provide MOC form for new projects or methods on technical part.

Daily Management 
?	Leading EPC QC lab daily operation. Perform, assign and monitor QC work to inspect RM and FG testing, ensure the materials quality meet the specification requirement, effective communication with related department
?	Ensure the Lab compliance with safety operation and 5S requirement, monitor the chemical reagents consumption in safe and reasonable storage range
?	Support on EHS relative monthly training.
?	Double check with lab Manager for 5S and housekeeping well maintained in the lab.
?	Continuous improvements on QC working efficiency.
?	Back up supervisor when his/her absent.
?	Responsible for checking new customer requirement & providing history data.
?	Provide data analyze for testing frequency review.

Continuous improvements
?	Attend customer visits and audits, experience exchange with customers on testing.
?	Support Plant, QM in products complaints investigation & corrective actions.
?	Ensure regular analysis products trends and provide statistic results for management review. provide improvements proposal to plant (SPC, etc.). Look for opportunity of QA&QC workflow improvement

Back up
?	Back up Supervisor on QC team & lab management, QC, EPC QA&QC during his absence.
?	Back up QC Assistant Manager on EPC OpEx & Capex, EHS, 5S & improvement during his absence.
?	Back up QC Technician during her absence.



任職要求：
?	Bachelor’s degree or above. Chemistry, Chemical engineering and related.
?	Minimum 3 years related working experience in QC.
?	Familiar with typical QC lab equipment. Good command on reading English, good communication skills in mandarin, good computer skills.
